JOB SUMMARY Provides compassionate, culturally sensitive, holistic nursing care to patients in the hospital setting, supporting the nursing philosophy, primarily on the night shift.# May include weekends, holidays, and/or on-call hours.# # ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES # Utilizes the nursing process# and collaboration with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients.# Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies and procedures, standards of care, and State laws/practice act.# Documents according to standards of care. Initiates a patient plan of care according to the individualized needs of the patient, as prescribed by Physician and/or hospital policy including patient and family instruction. Floats to various units based on identified needs. RN provides care for inpatients. This position is the Critical Care Nurse who, when ICU is not open 85% of the time, staffs the Emergency Department. This nurse works primarily in ED but also in Medical unit. All financials are ED due to this is primary work assignment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
