The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills.
Responsibilities include:
Maintains positive customer service attitude and ability to work well within a team.
Greets prospects, answers incoming phone calls and responds promptly to all emails.
Welcomes and shows property to prospective new residents and completes all appropriate paperwork in a timely manner.
Ensures that lease files are complete and that all leases are being executed properly.
Assists Manager in preparation of daily and weekly reports, resident communications, and market surveys, etc.
Enters new and completed resident work orders and submits to maintenance team.
Conducts follow-up phone calls for customer service.
Contributes ideas to market the property and for improving resident satisfaction.
Ability to prioritize work and has regular good attendance.
Work until 5 PM during the week Saturdays 8 AM - 1.
