Human Resource Assistant Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for logging visitors in and out, assigning visitor badges, and checking photo identification Compile and maintain personnel records Update employee information in Human Resource Software Prescreening for production applicants and scanning applications for tracking Assist with employee orientations and insurance meetings Human Resource Assistant Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel Must be able to type thirty five words per minute Office administration knowledge about phones, computers, and people skills Job Type:
