Production Operator Duties and Responsibilities Ensure cookie dough is the appropriate texture and communicate any changes to the mixer.
Ensure cookie die aligns with recipe specification and change out dies as needed.
Set up cookie forming machines and replace cookie cutting wire as needed.
Ensure cookie size/weight is accurate.
Ensure the number of cookies per pan/belt is optimized to ensure proper bake uniformity.
Communicate cookie flavor and work order number to bakers by labeling racks.
Follow all cleaning procedures to achieve sanitary requirements.
Production Operator Qualifications and Requirements Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
High school diploma required.
Possess general knowledge of machine operation in food manufacturing industry.
Possess basic math skills.
Ability to troubleshoot.
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Perform good manufacturing practices.
Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently.
Able to communicate effectively.
Cooperate as part of a team.
Enthusiasm, initiative, and pride in work.
